The standard speed power output shaft can be divided into three types according to the different control relations: non independent, semi independent and independent.
(1) Non independent power output shaft: it shares a main clutch with the tractor transmission system, and the power is output by manipulating the engagement sleeve. When the tractor stops and shifts gears, the working parts of the farm implements also stop rotating, and the inertia force is large when starting, which is easy to overload the engine. To stop the tractor, the working parts of the farm implement rotate; Or when the tractor is running, the working parts of the farm tools stop running, and the operation requires the unit to stop, which is tedious and time-consuming. Dongfanghong-802 tractor and Benye 304 tractor adopt the non independent power output shaft.
(2) Semi independent power take-off: widely used on large and medium-sized tractors. Its power is transmitted from the secondary clutch in the double acting clutch to the power output shaft through the adapter. The operating relationship between the auxiliary clutch and the main clutch is that the second clutch is separated and the first clutch is engaged, which can stop the tractor while the working parts of the farm implements can still rotate. Before the unit starts, the working parts of the farm implements can rotate first, reducing the load on the engine when starting. The separation and engagement of the power output shaft cannot be controlled when the unit is running. The power output shaft of Tieniu-600L1% 650L tractor, Dongfanghong-300 wheeled tractor and Scud XC series tractor are all semi independent.
(3) Independent power output shaft: it is controlled by two sets of control mechanisms to control the main and auxiliary clutches, which are called dual clutches. The power is transmitted from the auxiliary clutch to the power output shaft through the adapter. The engagement and disengagement of the power take-off are independent of whether the tractor is moving or not. The utility model can meet the requirements of various operations, such as clearing the blockage of the working parts of farm tools, stopping when turning the field and stopping when spraying in the orchard, and can be operated simply. John Deere 6003 series tractors use independent two speed power take-off.
