We take the semi independent power take-off as an example to illustrate the correct use of the power take-off. The Tieniu-600L and 650L tractor clutches are double acting clutches, which divide the power of the engine into two routes. One is to transmit the power to the traveling mechanism through the clutch; The other is to transmit power to the power output shaft through the auxiliary clutch. Some manipulators do not step down the locating pin pedal on the top of the gearbox when operating the power output shaft, but only separate the main clutch. They cannot smoothly combine the clutch sleeve of the power output shaft. This operation is a forced combination of the power output shaft, so the clutch sleeve is easy to be damaged. The correct way to use the power take-off is:
1. During operation, first step down the power output shaft release locating pin pedal at the top of the gearbox with your right foot, and then step down the clutch pedal with your left foot to the bottom, which disengages the main clutch and the clutch of the power output shaft.
2 Manually pull the power take-off joystick to the engaged position.
3. Connect the clutch smoothly, and the power output shaft can drive the machine to rotate.
4. When the tractor turns or reverses, the agricultural machinery must be raised, but not too high, to prevent damage to power take-off and other components.
5. When the power output shaft is working, the height of the operating blade tip of agricultural machinery such as rotary tiller or straw returning machine from the ground shall not be greater than the specified value to prevent damage to components, or the power output shaft must be cut off; It is forbidden to repair or adjust the engine when it is working.
