You don't need to replace it after hundreds of thousands of kilometers. If you have bad driving habits, you may need to replace it after tens of thousands of kilometers. How do you install the clutch plate?
1. Item: box screwdriver, 10cm - 27cm wrench and socket, clutch three piece set.
2. Installation steps:
(1) Remove the release bearing tension spring, take out the release bearing, install a new release bearing, and install the tension spring.
(2) Install the new clutch plate and pressure plate, put on the screws, put on all the screws, and tighten the screws with a wrench with even force, and be sure to align with the bearing, otherwise it is difficult to install the pressure box.
(3) If you are not sure to align the bearing, insert a bearing of the same size into the wave box, tighten the screws and take it out.
(4) After the pressure box is lifted, wear the pressure box screws, and tighten the pressure box screws first to prevent the pressure box from falling down.
(5) Install the gear lever and the rear locking plate.
(6) Insert all the removed plugs in place, and install the clutch plate as you remove it.
(7) Finally, adjust the clutch cable. If you think the clutch can be adjusted, you don't need to adjust it. If you think it can't be adjusted, you can adjust it.
