1. Surface pretreatment
Clean the profile surface with chemical or physical methods to expose the pure substrate, so as to obtain a complete and dense artificial oxide film. Mirror or matte surfaces can also be obtained mechanically.
2. Anodic oxidation
Under certain technological conditions, the surface of the surface pretreated profile will be anodized to form a dense, porous and strong adsorption AL203 film.
3. Hole sealing
The pores of the porous oxide film formed after anodizing are closed, so that the anti pollution, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the oxide film are enhanced. The oxide film is colorless and transparent. By virtue of the strong adsorption of the oxide film before sealing, some metal salts can be adsorbed and deposited in the film hole, which can make the profile appearance show many colors other than the original color, such as black, bronze, gold and stainless steel.
