1. The clutch pipeline system is mixed with air, causing excessive clutch travel and poor oil return. This fault can be judged by yourself: when the clutch pedal is pressed for the first time, there is no resistance and the stroke is too large. After repeatedly depressing the clutch pedal, the pedal rises, mostly due to air entering the hydraulic system. At this time, the cause of air gas mixing shall be found out as soon as possible, and the air in the air hydraulic system shall be discharged.
2. The clutch oil is too dirty and contains impurities, which causes severe wear in the clutch master cylinder (piston) or blockage of the oil return hole. Open the engine hood and check whether the oil in the lower clutch oil tank is dark gray. If it changes color, replace the clutch oil in time.
3. The clutch spring falls off or breaks. The rebound of the clutch is realized by the spring in the clutch pedal. If the clutch spring falls off, the clutch will not lose its rebound ability at all.
4. Excessive wear clearance of clutch connecting rod push rod leads to poor oil return. For such faults, replace the clutch master cylinder or linkage.
5. The clutch pedal is broken. In fact, the problem of clutch pedal fracture is rare, but it is also possible. When the parts in the clutch pedal are broken, the clutch pedal is likely to be stuck.
